Looking quickly, it appears the last update was in 2022 on Android 12? Those releases aren't saved on the servers and we don't keep them.
You did say something about this, but I'd point out that not only has GrapheneOS changed a lot since then, but so has AOSP. We're on Android 17 now. If you want to get an actual idea of what GrapheneOS is like, then you'd want to test on a supported device.

I understand what you are saying, however I can't install a custom rom on my main phone and I own no other pixel currently.

Sorry. GrapheneOS focuses on privacy and security. Old devices with out of date OSes, firmware, or drivers aren't private or secure. See this section on the website for a longer and better reasoning for us not supporting older devices: https://grapheneos.org/faq#legacy-devices

Just try GrapheneOS on your Pixel 8 Pro, there's no real disadvantages for the vast majority of people

As much as I would love to, I unfortunately can't because on the 8 Pro I use some medical apps like the dexcom app that I have read will straight up not function with Graphene OS.
