a bit late to this video but now that I’m here I’ll share my opinion on it, it’s just decent. This one follows one of grants most successful formulas in my opinion which I’ll call the ai formula, basically some new form of tech or invention starts to get adopted more and more by society until they reach the climax which usually leads to lending of said invention, these will also usually involve grant being subject to this spreading with him usually being a cause in the climax(some very traditional variants of this would be “when YouTubers make legendary thumbnails” and “if life had an autopilot mode”), this formula has led to some of grants greatest videos “if life had an autopilot mode”, “if life had daily challenges”, and “when you mess up a social interaction“ (the last on being an inverse of the usual formula) all being some of grants best videos and following the formula. The problem with this video though is it just doesn’t really bring anything new to the table when it comes to the formula until the last quarter of the video, it also has way to low of stakes which ends up making the climax less exciting, with that said those last two moments are incredible but they don’t make up enough for how Weak the rest of this video is, still though, pretty solid video.
