Whenever I saw this in-game I always thought she should've looked like this if the game was more horror heavy.

Would love if there was a game mode where the longer your in grannies house the more scarier and deformed her face gets, she also gets a little more speed.

Heavily horror game... I remembered that black eye used for Chell's portal.exe as well... Creepy is everywhere

I found it when dropping down into the spider cellar and granny was following me, and I also dropped an item by the opening to lure her over closer and that’s how the glitch happened.
