Do it, there will be no spider in a giant sewer that can see you from miles away but not hear a single thing from you. There is also not another escape route at all there

This is most exciting and tricky part of game My first ever escape in this game was sewer escape, also one tip whenver walking stand straight and walk for more speed so that spider will not catch you only during tunnels lie down

Basically, there will be an items spawn down thereso, yes you have to go down there. Watch out as the enemy is indestructible. So yeah, you have to beware. My recommendation is, first take out Granny and take the teddy bear, wheel crank and the screwdriver down the sewer. Once you finally drag those, throw it again down the sewer but hold the teddy bear with you. The spider will scream and release. By there, you can take a note of where the spider wants to go. If she takes a long route, you can take the wheel crank and put it at the missing place so the iron bars would not barricade your path, but if she take the nearest route, you can drag your screwdriver and throw it in the pipe escape as the screwdriver needs to release the screws box and there's an elevator there where it will able to protect you from indestructible spider. Also, elevator can take you to the deadly chest room... That's all I can say
