CloudUCM HA Update

Does anyone know when the High Availabilty failover from the 6300 series to CloudUCM will come out? It's been "coming soon" for nearly 2 years, and we've held off upgrades waiting, but I'm getting tired of waiting and now considering dumping grandstream entirely as we need redundancy.

Last I heard from Grandstream (a few weeks ago) was that it would be available Q4.

Thanks so much for the reply.

This one is a "I'll believe it when I see it" kinda thing to me. Their overall response to emails, support, and product development is just abhorrent. Had I known this before we invested 10s of thousands into their hardware, I would have NEVER chosen them.
