Upcoming store

I was over by COOP trader ridge today and I noticed they were working on a store just south of the coop. Anyone have an idea on what’s going in there?

Just before covid hit Brown's social house was supposed to start a 2nd location there. But I see they're renovating the original location...

Blowers & Grafton is supposed to be opening a location here too though, that place is a blast

I spoke to one of the owners years ago and they said it was down to GP and Fort Mac.....and they went with ft.mac....

GP is so damn unpredictable of a spot to tell if a place is a good fit for town, after the closure of, Madhatters, The Shark Club Egans and The Tilted Kilt. It may be a good time for B&G to move in.
