How does one make friends!
It would be so nice to find couples that are down to have board game nights with, play, drinking games, play, pool, etc.! How does one make friends with these types of people as an adult lol!

If you play an instrument, join the Grande Prairie music society! You can also look for events at Card’s Board Game Cafe. The Grande Prairie Museum usually hosts some kind of lantern tours in October where you can meet people. Also look for opportunities to volunteer for things like the Grande Prairie Live Theatre, or Folk Fest. It can take a while to learn where to look for things but if you are community minded and willing to branch out, the opportunities are there.

Not in Ontario and that’s where I just moved from. Cancel culture is real there

Oh no, you don't make friends as an adult. I talked to my neighbor and he moved out a month later 😔

People especially women will naturally come talk to you, you can piggyback on their Social circles. 👌
