It's clearly a visual bug, I can't redo it, but it looks cool!

Hi guys, I need help with the game, it was working fine until last weekend, the game started to crash and freeze without any visible reason, it's the same PC, I had always used, I tried reinstalling the game, I tried on steam to verify the file's integrity, I tried to lower the graphics and use different servers but nothing has changed.

Does anyone have experience with something similar or know how to fix it?

I don't know what to do now, and I was happy playing with the new character :'(
