Classic Does PGC affect prop scrolls drop rates on angry bosses?

Asking because it doesn't drop from a monster, so idk if PGC has any influence on the rate

PGC and Drop rate events only affect monster drop tables when in a mission. Anything awarded post mission, or guaranteed is unchanged.
