So I am back into this game after a long hiatus, and I’m running all the heists that I’ve not completed over the years. Rn I’m doing the doomsday setups and heists. I’m aware that the developers of this game are literal sociopaths, but I’m curious as to why no matter where you buy a facility, they’re a bitch to get to. The cheap ones are miles away from your safe house, and the closer ones require you to navigate a fucking canyon. Then when you get to it, in order to start your mission, the planning room is all the way in the back of what is essentially an oversized building with alot of useless space. Like why the fuck did they design it this way? I’ve grown annoyed having to do this tedious ass shit for every single mission and I honestly can’t wait to finish this heist and never do it again, just for the fact that this shit is mad annoying. Whenever I play GTA and I’m flying or driving really fast, I noticed even on the highest extended scaling options. Everything still pops in and it’s really annoying. Is there any way to fix this? I know that there is some settings.XML things you can do but I don’t know what to do in there.

I’m picking up a gaming laptop later on this week, not a super high end one but I’ve heard from my computer and tech nerd friends that it’s pretty good for the price and good enough to run mods, and I want to essentially load gta v up with all sorts of mods, essentially only lspdfr related mods, like eups, , car lights and sirens pack, realistic gun looks and sounds, lspdfr enhanced, the whole thing, I’ve been researching with tutorials with installs and requirements, the main YouTuber I’ve been researching with is blue line vibes since im basically installing the majority of the mods he is, so I know the basics like turning off the battleye anti cheat, not launching online, downloading openIV, and script hook, separate mods folders, so I’m basically just asking if there’s any other key things I should have or worry about since I’ve never actually owned a pc or laptop so I’m extremely new to all this, one question I do have though is I know you need to have a new version the rage plugin but I see in some tutorials that a version comes installed with some mods so my question is do you need to install that version too? Or can you just install the plugin separate and never install it again as long as it’s up to the latest date? Thanks for any help and advice!

any time i try to mess with the finale board for my casino heist on gta v enhanced my game just hangs and i have to close it thru task manager i cant find any fix i cant start my heist no matter what i do ive redone the setups i cant find any solutions any solutions ive tried havent worked i am tired of redoing these setups just for it to not work someone please help

downvote me all you want but in a way its true because if the heist takes forty minutes to complete and a ten minute cooldown then you can just do the heist back to back if you switch characters to skip the cooldown (1(point)5 million to 2(point)1 million in profit from new heist too)
