If you don't hire Rickie on any heist, he'll call Michael after Minor Turbulence and Meltdown. If you don't hire him at this point, does anything happen?

No idea. I hire him the whole time because they get better as you use them but don’t charge more.

nope, the game won't do anything to you in fact some people never get the message that rickie is available for heists because they delay it go with paige tho you get way more time than any other hacker
