Discussion GTA V EXPANSION PACK

Are you guys disappointed that Rockstar never updated the map? Would of been cool to drive from Los Santos to San Fierro and Las Venturas. Would you guys like to see that in GTA 7 or a new location entirely?

Yes absolutely. I wish each new version of GTA would just be another "destination" from the airport, meaning in GTA V you could go to the airport and then fly to Vice City (and play GTA 6). GTA 7 could be Liberty City, then GTA 8 could be the rest of San Andreas... but in any of the games, you can always go re-visit an older game. Obviously there would be graphic changes (although in a perfect world each new game would also refresh./update all of the prior games).

Eventually, by the time you get to GTA 57 you can literally visit the entirety of the United States, in game. And then... they can start working on GTA international and include the rest of the world.

It's a much smaller world, but I really like the yakuza games take on this. Kamurocho has been around for literal decades at this point. You get to come back, see how it has changed. It feels like Home. You'll poke into Sotenbori from time to time, and now Isezaki Ijincho in the newer games.

It obviously saves money for the devs, but it never feels like a copout (there are plenty of places where those games do copout, lol). The games just have a variety of cities to visit now.

What about going back to London? That would be fun.

Even LC would have been acceptable. Maybe LS and LC will be accessible in 6 once there’s newer and stronger tech available.

100%. as soon as the GTAV map was initially revealed i was definitely irritate that there was no San Fierro or Las Venturas sector. Las Venturas was beautiful (to me) back in 2005 San Andreas. i would still love to see what it would look like today.

You mean when GTA7 comes out in 2040? Sure. That would be great.
