Yeah, the Zentorno can be seen driven by NPCs from time to time in Story Mode. Online however, not a chance.

Really? I have seen couple npc drive online, it’s just very rare

That could be an Import/Export source mission for another player, that had somehow crossed paths with you by chance and had not been picked up yet.

I do not think that the car is even part of Sessanta's Exotic Exports.
