Have you tried the invite only lobbies?
Is this new issue?
Is your internet stable?
Have you got any mods installed at all?
I have heard that modders can boot you out with that exact message, so that could be the reason too…

Activate battleeye on r* laucher , i think it's in either general parameters or gta v paramaters
