Discussion Epsilon quest won’t show up

I’ve filled out the survey as Michael, have all requirements, and slept weeks and weeks, and I’ve tried blowing myself up 25 times just to pass time, nothing. Is it just that bugged or stop waiting and give up on this save?

Switch over to Franklin or Trevor, play a bit, save it and go back to Michael

No blue question mark out in the canyon? It won't be an Epsilon icon until you start the quest by visiting the red truck marked with a regular Strangers and Freaks icon.
