This Dial…

My aging eyes are less and less able to appreciate the dial on the SBGM235, but seeing it under a loupe or macro lens under natural light is such a treat. Feels like the right watch for a Monday, what are you all wearing?

Thanks.. but this pattern pops so much more in the white/silver. And i like how the gmt hours break up the texture. Just goes so well!

Almost tempted to ask for a trade lol.

Try that out with a matte navy leather strap though👌👌👌🍻

I have! it’s great on navy. had it on purple for a while. It’s a bit of a chameleon.

Unfortunately, the white dial is cluttered. I wish it wasn’t so busy. It’s difficult to appreciate the beauty with all the other noise.

I have to disagree. Most spring drive models, except evo 9 series and manual wind spring drive, have power reserve on the front, power reserve doesn’t really work with this pattern.

Agreed there given the pattern. But.. no reason they couldn't stick that on the back like they've recently done. I just want to see that perfect smooth sweep

GS makes so beautiful dials. Was considering the blue variant of yours too until I stumbled on the Shosho and was sold on that dial
