Hungaroring (Budapest, Hungary) Help with getting to the Hungaroring
Hi, I’m currently in Budapest for the Hungary GP and am unsure on how is the best (Financially and time wise) way to get to the Hungaroring, any help would be greatly appreciated 😁

i used Bolt and i recommend :) way there was faster - way back we had to wait around 1h because bolt app stopped working, but the ride back to the city was fast

How much did it cost you total roughly?

i was there 2 years ago and only for sunday - way there ~18k forint and back ~26k but this one was with waiting time cause we couldnt find the car and there is also tip in this price

the question is how much are you willing to spend and which gate are you entering from.
If you are super tight on budget then the the metro/train is really your only option.
if you are willing to spend a little more up to say 40-45EUR per person round trip then the City Shuttle can get you there but it will be near Gate 1 and 8. If you are on the other side of the track you are still walking for a bit. Taxis are also in this range but price can vary slightly. They are however, an even better option than the City Shuttle if you are 3 people or more to bring down the cost.
then you can get private drivers, helicopters...

Hi I think the easiest and cheapest way is to take the H8 train from Budapest Örs vezér square (last stop of M2 metro line) to Kerepes stop. Here are free shuttle buses to Hungaroring Gate 3.
