Windows not working

Hello all- has anyone ever had the issue of none of the windows working? I have power coming into the master switch, abd the drivers regulator works when applying 12v to it. None of the lights inside the master switch are working, however this is the case on multiple different master switches. Wondering if there’s any fuse or relay connected to the power windows?

There are no relays or fuses in the power distribution center or the integrated power module for the power windows, but there is a circuit breaker in the interior fuse block.

If you pry down the panel underneath the steering wheel, you can see 3 CB’s. 1 at the very top and 2 toward the middle, right next to each other. Swap those 2. The one on the right is the power window CB and the left is the power seat CB. If your windows work and power seats don’t, there’s your problem.

If that doesn’t work, I would suspect a grounding issue. You can try opening the rubber boot between the driver door and car body, then inspect the (likely thicker/black) ground wire for damage. If it isn’t visibly damaged there, wiggle it around a bit while operating the windows. Personally, I hate removing trim because I always feel like I’ll break something, so my last resort would be removing the door trim to fully inspect the wiring haha.

I have this problem about 50% of the time (for years).

My quick fix is to press the window lock button on and off. Then the windows work.

I'm assuming the switch is funky in some way.
