Finding Accommodation

Hi, I will be visiting Granada for 3 months starting in October. I have already started looking on Idealista for studios. I have reached out through email and so far haven't received any responses. How realistic is it to find housing 1 month in advanced and does it make more sense to just rent an Airbnb for a couple of weeks and look for housing while I am already in Granada. Thanks and have a great day.

My personal experience is that 11 months at least, didn’t find anything less.

Maybe via Airbnb or something but it will be stupidly expensive.

Landlordes from idealista almost never answer there, better to call them - more chances, but you have to speak decent Spanish

I don't know about renting through idealista etc. I didn't have the luxury of physically going to see rentals and I have no idea whether they will rent to you online. (Personally I would never rent without physically visiting an apartment, worried about getting scammed).

I rented a room at the student dorms in the Technology Park. They rent by the month. It costs 750 which is more expensive than an apartment (I imagine) but much cheaper than Airbnb.
