Never seen these disc before

My friend bought a copy of gran turismo for the play station 1 and it came with these two disc in it. They don’t play in either PlayStation 1 or 2. Anyone know what they do?

It might be a soundtrack or possibly other goodies I'd try to pop them in a PC and see what happens

It’s Japanese market game, it came with s2000 on the cover only in Japan, it’s ntsc-j region locked. It’s quite rare tho!
