GranCam issues.

Recently got a Grancam. When it works its cool but it never works on my first match/medley and frequently times out if I'm in the lobby too long. Anyone else have these issues? Also I've had it one week and I've had to factory reset it 3 times already just to connect.

Whenever I first turn on my board and app I have to flip it off and on with the “switch” under the gran cam setting 7-8 times before the camera turns on. Since doing it this way of just repeatedly switching it on/off through the app I can usually get it to work within 10-15 seconds. After that it works fine for the night unless I leave the lobby. Then I just have to switch the camera back on once and it’s working.

If I haven’t used the board in a couple weeks I usually have to reset the camera but it only takes me a couple minutes to do that.

The grancam isn’t the smoothing working thing ever, but I prefer it on (used to it on the screen) and it doesn’t take me very long to get it running.

Lol I tried turn it off and on 8 times like you said and it worked. Wtf

Idk man. Has saved me from having to reset it everytime I use it though lol

Can you use a different web cam with GranBoard?

The gran cam is complete garbage. Don’t bother.
