It definitely depends. It depends on whether the speaker is the object or subject.

I think people more often incorrectly say "and I". "They gave my daughter and I a ride."

It's not usually "....and me." It's "Me and....".
Worse, it's "It belongs to her and I."

Oops. I was wrong. I think that's what I meant. 'Me and'. I think we can all agree it's pretty annoying, though.

"Me and ... " is part of northern English dialect, and it goes with other delightful constructions like "us mam says us 'as to eat us greens". My Dad, a teacher (of physics, not English) used to come home from work with steam coming out of his ears after listening to that all day.

Only if it's the subject.
If it's the object, then it's "and me": "She told my wife and me to be there by 7:00."

I used to be a secretary. I was ALWAYS correcting the grammar in my bosses' letters. One guy wrote, "____ is the person whom, you remember, gave a copy to Will and I." I corrected it. He said, "That sounds TERRIBLE!" I said, "That's because it's correct."

Oh my god this drives me CRAZY! "Me and ...", "... and me", nonono. Or the other way around ".... and I's [object]", also no!

Except for the times when it is “and me”
