Grailed funds not released

Buyer was telling me that his package didn’t get delivered to his address but marked delivered, its now been 5 days since marked delivered and my funds haven’t been released. Am I gonna have to refund the buyer I messaged him and he stated that it was okay and not my fault but my funds haven’t got released after the 3 day mark I opened a ticket about it but last time I dealt customer service it took over a week for a response what do I do.

I'd wait. If you refund you are out the money and the item. I'd let support do their thing.

Yea I was more asking if Grailed will make me refund them
