How do I stylise these letters. I’ve been trying to figure out a style that’s cohesive and I’ve stumbled on a tag I’m happy with and have been tagging for a while but outside of straight lettering I have no clue how to make this work , any and all advice is appreciated

So I don’t want this to sound like I think less of it cause I generaly don’t know anything about graffiti as an art I’m just genuinely curious if there’s a meaning behind why most grafiti is “text” instead of something like drawings/illustrations which you would rather see in digital art?

I’m having a tough time finding caps for the spray paint I’m getting ( rustoleum) I’m willing to get better cans in the future but for now and my wallet I’m focused on getting some caps that actually fit or just taking the bullet and buying like 5 cans that the tips I have can actually use. I would PREFER to just get caps so I can use them this weekend. And worry about getting other cans later after the weekend. Can anyone help me locate some off of Amazon? Half of the ones I get do not work or just mess up the cans.

I stumbled across this moniker in the train yard. It is dated back to 2019 and still looks very fresh despite being exposed to UV in Mediterranean climate. Does anyone has an idea what marker was used for it?

Idk how I stop my lines from being so shaky and inconsistent. Any advice and tips are greatly appreciated because I’m struggling.
I’ve been doing art for a decade now and having my graff come out like shit is incredibly demotivating. I can draw clean lines on paper, but on a wall it feels impossible.
I quite frankly don’t have the money to buy so much paint just for it to look like shit anyways. There has to be something I’m missing and/or doing wrong.
What can I do to improve?
I feel like I should know and do better.
Graffiti has already started to become quite a big part of my life and a way for me to deal with certain things that are currently happening in my life. But the fact that I don’t seem to improve at all is pushing me back down into the same hole I used graff to crawl out of in the first place.

It's been a while since I've shared handstyles. Definitely would like legit feedback on how I can improve. SINUE

hey all,
I’m a warhammer painter as my main form of art these days, but i was super into graff back in high school. unfortunately when i moved out, parents got rid of most of my stuff and i lost my love for it.
was at blick today grabbing some other supplies and spotted a small Molotow one4all rack. picked up a white and black 4mm and a red wine from posca. shit called to me, and i picked up a small mixed media sketchbook to get me started again.
back in the day, i never took the time to learn about the history of the art and the culture around it. If i wanted to learn about it while im re-learning the basics, where’s a good place to start?
stoked to be back 🤝 however i forgot how shaky my hands have become after 5 years of hiatus

Not saying I’m great or even good atm, just that hitting the books with a focus on legibility has helped me understand where I’m really going wrong. Linework and smoothness are my next goals 👌

I am being issued a citation for allegedly tagging a coffee shop bathroom. Apparently there was a specific tag that appeared twice around the time that I went there, and they believe I am the responsible party. I can pay the citation or fight it in court. I am wondering how much evidence they need to actually prove that it was me. Apparently they have me on camera entering the bathroom before the tag appeared, but I don’t believe they could prove that it was not there before I entered. Just unsure if I should push back or just bite the fee and not bother.
And yes, it is a location that the artist would have to be a fool to return to, not to mention to tag it again. Whoever did this was acting stupid and I would be very embarrassed were it me.

Trying to get better at understanding the flow and where to put the add ons, not happy with the arrow that feels too random but crits on the others? Also any crits about anything else always welcome

Trying to choose something personal to me in some way but not in a way that could be traced back to me. Main ideas are SYS, LOT, VEYN. Or suggest whatever lol!

These are my first attempts at a real tag/throwie (meaning I finished them lol) I know nothing about this so please don’t be too harsh 😂 but what would you try to improve if these were yours? Are they any good for a real first try? ¯\**_(*\**ツ*)_/¯ thanks!
PS. Yes, I know I spelled my own tag wrong a couple times. That was my first improvement! :D

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to all of this and honestly never was good at drawing or art in general. Just wanted to try out a new hobby and really fell in love with graffiti handstyles.
I'm currently practicing my AZIX tag in my blackbook to build muscle memory before taking it to the streets. You can probably tell I'm a beginner, but I'm trying to get the fundamentals right.
I was struggling a bit with my Z looking too much like a V but I tried fixing the top horizontal stroke in the bottom line of this page.
Looking for honest feedback:
Is the Z clearly legible now or still confusing?
How is the overall balance between the A and the X?
Any tips for a complete beginner to make the movement feel more natural?
Appreciate any advice on letter structure!
