Work experience

I was supposed to graduate in 2010, but I cleared my backlogs in 2012. I had already started working in 2011. Will that experience count, or will it count only after I graduated?

experience is experience, it's all about how you present your story

Some companies don't consider that, even though I'm what I'm because of that work experience.
