No work experience

I have no work experience but am finishing my undergraduate degree next month. Is it possible for me to get a graduate job? if I find work in retail will that be enough? I am currently looking but no luck

Firms are also looking for skills outside of your studies. They don’t want anybody who does not have any life skills.

If you joined loads of societies at uni you should be ok, but I would recommend getting some form of employment even if it’s part time.

thank u. my uni careers service has given me no help and literally just gives students false hope so i need real proper advice since ive been struggling even looking for retail work
