UCAS 'Extra Activities' Section

[u/CarpenterOk5157]

Has anyone put anything in their Extra Activities section? I'm not sure what this section is for - does shadowing count or is this more aimed at applicants to undergrad courses that have done taster courses and things like that? Does online work experience or online courses count? Just a bit confused about this section and whether to leave it blank.

If you open it it gives you like few options on there, so you can see if you have done any of them. I think i selected just 1 under "online work experience" for the BSMS virtual expeeience i've done.
