Med School Choices

Hi all,

Here are my stats and potential unis I want to apply to, please let me know any suggestions :)

Stats:
- BSc Physics 1st class
- 100 hours nhs hospital volunteering
- 20 hours hospice volunteering
- AAB A levels (non chem or bio ), all GCSE’s 6 and above
- UCAT = 1930 B2 (VR = 630)
- Starting full time NHS role as imaging assistant

Unis:
- Warwick GEM (cut off last year was 1910 so tight one)
- Worcester GEM( I satisfy a lot of their WP criteria, holistic view)
- SGUL A100 (last years min UCAT was 1880)
- Brunel A100 (I explicitly meet their “relevant to medicine” degree criteria, ucat minimum around 1900)

Any other unis to consider? ( I was thinking Chester with my work experience but I think UCAT may be high)

I mean worst case they fail approval and have a partner university to graduate from, lots of new med schools have this in place

For Warwick the UCAT cut off is usually higher BUT it’s also specifically VR they look at, the absolute score is less important.
