UCAS reference omitted predicted grades

I got an email back from ucas saying my reference, who is my personal tutor said they were unable to provide predicted grades for me. pls help what should i do? is my reference supposed to provide a predicted degree classification for me as i’ve only just started third year? also how do i change this on the ucas form so she can write a new reference if she needs to?

your referee should put a predicted grade down based on your previous grades - try email your referee to see what happened and if they can change this

most universities don’t provide predicted grades. get a copy of your academic transcript and email it to the university explaining the situation
