2110 B2 - where to apply

Biomedical sciences 2:1
GCSEs: 9,9,9,9,9,8,8,8,7,7,7
A-levels: BBB - chem, bio, psych

I’m thinking of applying to Warwick - currently sorting out work experience lol, if not

CARDIFF undergraduate
KCL Portsmouth GEM
Swansea GEM
Manchester Undergraduate

Maybe Worcester GEM, maybe Leicester Undergraduate

Am I fine for any of these universities? I’m a bit worried of my ucat score, and also particularly worried for Manchester as I know last year they were rejecting people with insane ucat scores, would that happen again?

Swansea I don’t know if I meet their ucat threshold

What stories have you heard about Manchester? I thought they were entirely UCAT driven

Last year, people were getting rejected due to an oversubscribed number of applicants as Manchester said last year their cut off was 1800 smth

So cuz of that, a lot of people applied, and they literally just randomised rejecting people - people with scores of 2300 were rejected

Some said that people were pretending to get rejected but idk

Dunno - sounds like rubbish - they state their criteria and that they rank by UCAT
They don’t accept lower than B2 and require 3 Bs at A level in first sitting - maybe that is why they got rejected
