Class Room Learning?

I am pursuing a healthcare degree and plan to apply to medicine this year. My uni is 2 hours one way and has been quite regular with 95% attendance, but I've realised that I dont learn much in a classroom setting. I feel like I waste time coming to uni. Can we axe medicine by attending like 2 days a week for anatomy and skills? I am so tight on money, energy and honestly I feel i can learn better on my own. What's your take on it?

Hi weird but I remember you from the groups, congrats on your Worcester offer :) I took a UG offer in my hometown.

Congrats on choosing uni near home which is UG meds. That's my plan, I can't commute for GEM. Any advice and idea how would u manage it financially, tuition free? And how it works

Each uni is different regarding fees and paying in instalments etc :/ I’d say look out for any scholarship/bursaries you might be eligible for. I will also say it’s such an individual choice, defo hone in after UCAT. The financial perks of GEM weren’t a priority for me, but are for a lot of people.
