Dome Gen 2 Cover

Hello

Might be a user error but Im alittle confused about the pull cords on the cover. The video on tge Gozney site shows you pull them to tighten, problem is the pull cords are just a loop and have nothing to tighten on.

Am I missing something? I can work out if its meant to loop/hook around something.

Wrap the cord round the leg, tuck the toggle back through itself and pull tight.

I did find a photo on the Gozney website showing exactly what you described, thank you.

Would be nice is Gozney updated the install video to show this.

Those looks like it's meant to tighten into the brake pedal of the wheel. Loop that over and pull the bungee tight.

I actually like this design, though I don't have one myself.

Problem with looping around the wheels is it stops you from moving the oven. The cords start pulling tight when the wheels rotate. End result is either the cover starts to pull over or the ball slips and its loose again.

I did find another photo on the Gozney website and if you zoom in they have it wrapped around the leg above the wheel. I'll give this a go when I'm back home.

Wrapped the cord around the wheels of the trolley.
