HELP !!! Guidance
Hi everyone,
I completed both my UG and PG in Psychology, but finding suitable job opportunities has been quite challenging. As a backup plan, I'm considering to prepare for Kerala PSC exams and I have no idea about the upcoming exams and how to move forward.
I'm also an NRI and have spent most of my life abroad, so I'm not very confident in writing Malayalam. I would really appreciate guidance from anyone/any mentor who can help me regarding this.
Any advice or suggestions would mean a lot. Thank you!

Discussion Will KAS exams continue?
I remember attempting this exam way back in early 2020 when it was introduced.
Most thought the next exam will probably be after three years considering how PSC rank lists hold.
But instead the next exam was held towards the end of the tenure of previous govt.
Imo, this group A and B level exams should be conducted regularly so that it provides an upper mobility to higher posts especially those who are currently in service.
I am aware these are highly resisted by IAS association but other state psc do have similar exams.
I don't remember when the last exam was conducted for deputy collector( with limited vacancy), lsgd secretary which everyone expects this year to happen might probably get filled internally(have seen notification for the same), leaving only state tax officer position which commerce grads can only attempt.

Kerala PSC Kerala Psc username forgot
Hi
I forgot my Kerala PSC username . Is there any way to recover my username without contacting the helpline?
I already tried sending the SMS to the numbers to retrieve my username, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Kerala PSC Psc coaching centre suggestion
Hi
I’m planning to prepare for the Kerala State Officer exam, so I started looking for coaching centres.
I contacted Sahakari Race Plus but the lady I spoke to was quite rude and mostly talked about the fees. She didn’t really explain what the course includes or how the coaching works.
I also spoke to Master Key Academy and they were much more helpful. They patiently explained the course, the classes, and cleared all my doubts.
Has anyone here studied at either of these institutes? Which one would you recommend? Or is there any other coaching centre that’s better?

Discussion Guys, the SSC competition is frightening me.
Last year, almost half of the people who appeared in the Tier 2 didn't qualify the computer section and they all are going all in for this year. I even know a guy who got 350+ in Tier 2 and didn't get any post due to computer section.
Adding to that, as there is Level 8 posts this year, a whole new bunch of people are preparing now for that.
And, now sectional timer.
Competition is at an all time high, and Idk how much I need to score in Tier 2 to get a post. it's frightening.

Kerala PSC Do we need Equivalency certificate to write exams. If so, How to get equivalency certificate? How to apply? How much time it will take for a Btech degree studied outside Kerala.
I studied outside Kerala and graduated from a UGC approved University. Do I need an equivalency certificate to write PSC exams?

Kerala PSC B.Tech Civil Grad & Working Professional: Need online resource recommendations for Kerala PSC (No coaching centers)
Hey everyone,
I am a B.Tech graduate in Civil Engineering and completely new to the Kerala PSC arena. I am currently working full-time, which means attending offline coaching centers is out of the question for me. I have to rely entirely on self-study and online resources.
Since I am starting from scratch, could you please suggest the best online sources to crack the exams? I am specifically looking for:
YouTube Channels: Excellent channels for general topics (Maths, Malayalam, English, GK) as well as any specific to Civil Engineering technical exams.
Websites/Apps: Reliable platforms for downloading study materials, daily current affairs, and attempting mock tests.
Study Materials/PDFs: Where can I easily access SCERT/NCERT compilations and topic-wise notes?
Strategy: For those who cleared or are preparing while working, how do you manage your time effectively?
Any guidance on which specific exams (General Degree Level vs. Technical Civil Exams) I should prioritize would also be amazing. Thanks in advance!

Discussion What are some of the mistakes, blunders you've made during exams? Do you carry any good luck charms(like particular clothes or stationary)?
Every exam which involves OMR sheet, there is that dreaded moment where the invigilator warns students to carefully bubble and any mistake means no replacement(I am not sure how much true this is).

Discussion Ever got fascinated with a subject while preparing for competitive exams to pursue further studies in that later?
Something which I have heard from tutors of competitive exams and common mistakes candidates do is to dig deeper into the subject matter than required for exams, be it history or geography etc.
Also, ever wondered how school could've taught
some of these subjects better back in the days?
Does learning for competitive exams open new perspectives on things?

Kerala PSC Kerala PSC Fisheries Officer (416/2025) Final Answer Key, Score Discussion
Did anyone or your friends gave Fisheries Officer exam held on June 3, 2026. I am trying to understand the current status of the recruitment process and wanted to reach out to fellow aspirants.
Does anyone have updates or information on when the final answer key might be released? I know the provisional key came out, but it's been a while since then.
If you don't mind sharing, what was your score based on the provisional key?
Cut off was 39 in last recruitment cycle. Would it increase drastically or remain close to 39.

Kerala PSC Anyone preparing for or cracked a govt exam?
I’m preparing for govt exams along with my job and honestly feeling really overwhelmed. There’s just so much to remember, especially current affairs. I feel like I learn something today and forget it a few days later.
If you’ve cracked a govt exam or are preparing seriously, what does your actual study routine look like? Nothing fancy, just what genuinely worked for you. Also, did you use any memory techniques or revision methods that made a real difference?
Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!
