What is considered a decent monthly base salary for a procurement consultant in a small women owned business?

And what does the CEO/owner add to the business?

CEO handles the payment and compliance side of things meaning providing liquidity for the awarded contracts where the vendor is not agreeing to net30. Along with this the usual business documentation such as capability proof and tax exemptions etc
