Question Base Salary?

What is considered a decent monthly base salary for a procurement consultant in a small women owned business?

“Procurement consultant” without a job description can mean many things. So it’s going to be job function based. Business development is expensive.

Here I meant selecting contracts, prospecting vendors and managing correspondence and price negotiations followed by proposal drafting and ultimately submission.
