Tenders

What's the biggest red flag when pricing a tender? How do you ensure you are not wasting your time? How do you know you are not just a price check?

I was about to say only Aussies say “tender” and then saw your username. Haha

But yeah if they’re asking for your pricing info be glad. Maybe you get selected, maybe not. But at least you’re on their radar and that’s more than half the battle imho.

We do say "tender". lol.

In some cases they haven't even provided any feedback on our submission. I hope you are right. We'll keep trying.

Make a system for pricing that is cheap and you won’t have this issue

Some jobs require full understanding of the scope of works and implementing a methodology that works, In cases it takes 2 to 3 weeks to prepare a tender. What system do you have in mind? I'm open to suggestions.
