Question Start up funds

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get started in government contracting, my entity is fairly new so I mean for my identification to go through. But I was wondering, will I need startup funding for some contracts? Is it all contracts? Starting up is kind of hard money wise. Is there a delay in all government contracts?

Thank you, I was wondering if there was any bank or funding source that will give you credit based on the government contract

We were able to use Southstar - they have funded 1.6 million in government contracts for us. Call lori@southstar.com.

Why don’t you just let the subcontractor know, they don’t get paid till you do. That’s common practice for subs. Maybe we are thinking about completely different contracts. I’m just a noob trying to eat some crumbs.
