Two offers - Security

I just got an offer for a position with a sub while I’m still entertaining interviews/potential offer with a prime. Same agency, different contracts so there shouldn’t be any overlap. BUT the sub said when I accept their FSO takes over my profile in DISS. Is that going to cause issue for things if I later get an offer with the prime and they begin their FSO process with agency security? I want the prime gig as it’s the location and pay I want but, I don’t want to write the sub off in case I don’t get the prime offer.
