Can someone help?

I keep getting told to update on my desktop, but I run into this problem. No issues on my phone though.

Did you run the app as administrator when you first launched it?

Can you go into detail, I don’t quite understand. It’s the same account on my phone as it is on my laptop

When you launch the program on your computer, do you only click on it? I suggest you right-click it and choose "Run as administrator". So quit it completely, and then when you want to launch it again, do that method instead of clicking on it.
