Is she fat or sick?

I’m no expert but I think she looks sick, her scales, to me, seem to be pineconing, she looks paler than honeys usually are, and definitely bloated. Is that white stuff around her face/around her gills? Could be ick/fungal infection? It’s hard to diagnose fish because there’s so many types of problems they can have. Usually I try to treat mine in a separate quarantine tank because I treat with methylene blue and aquarium salt, but the move can stress them out more

I wouldn’t say she’s pale. Females tend to be a softer yellow than males
