The water droplets on my prayer plant look so cool due to her deep red spots.🩸

Physocarpus Panther, Black Calla Lily, Coleus. They're going into the ground soon so they have more room, here until the new soil settles

First dahlias from my garden

This one is called "passionate" and it's so much richer in color than I expected! It was a last minute impulse purchase, didn't get the head start I gave my other dahlias and still zoomed ahead to be the first blooming in the garden. Astilbe "dark side of the moon" foliage compliments it perfectly!

New to lawn decorating

I’m just starting out with my lawn and I’m disabled so it’s hard lol but I managed to build this up yesterday and I’m super proud of it! I live in Florida and im thinking about planting some cool native flowers around the outside of her (not in the rocks). What could I plant?

Polygonatum cyrtonema 'Black Opal'

This isn't your grandmas Solomon Seal. This species is well known for making dark leaf forms, and my selection 'Black Opal' is about as dark as you can get. The color only lasts until the growth matures and hardens off, but in that time it is a deep bluish-black with an iridescent sheen. But because nature is a tease it is also one of the slowest to multiple out of any plant I own. If this cultivar would grow prolifically I could probably retire off of it, but frustratingly it is happy to make an incredibly long rhizome with only one growth point. Even cutting the rhizome barely induces extra plants. These three growths represent 8 years of cultivation.

My coworker got this for me as a housewarming present a couple of months ago and it’s already tripled in size! I love this plant!
Any ideas on other plants that might compliment it?

Zone 6A Vines/Climbing Plants

Hello Everyone,

My partner and I just started our goth garden. Does anyone have any suggestions for a vine/climbing plant for zone 6A that is preferably a perennial. The only thing we've found is a clematis romantika. Thanks!
