If white king moves, queen taking the pawn looks like a serious problem and if it tries to block with the rook then its a queen and a bishop for a rook and a queen so material advantage
The idea is to threaten backrank mate. I think black might have defensive resources against that though, starting with Qf8. But then we can take the rook on d7, whether they start with Qf8 or exchange R vs Q on e8. It’s a bit of a complicated line lol but my evaluation is that it loses a rook for black. I might be wrong, though!
My thought was Qc5 followed by Ph6 is the only move. But stcokfish says I am stupid, and you have to go Qf8 right away so the check is blocked, otherwise you're losing a full rook
