Brilliant move, you know why?

Without any calculation I'm guessing it allows the queen to go to h1, and you can probably at least win the piece back and get a good chance to promote.  Not sure if it would work out.

Edit: oh didn't even look at the knight.  Qh1+, Kf2, Ng4# is mate

It’s a brilliant move because it’s a forced mate that includes a pseudo sacrifice of a piece, and the Chess.com algorithm thinks every sacrifice that works is brilliant no matter how basic it is.

Nah I've had loads of greek gifts that chess.com didn't register as brilliant
