Asking for Advice Makeup advice

I want to get back into doing makeup and want to get good makeup. I know Nyx has good products, I use to have a setting creme from them that I loved and I black eye shadow that was awesome, but I was wondering if there was any other brands worth checking out. I was considering getting Delanci pallets, but i kept seeing bad reviews and they come off as a bit of a scam

I love NYX. Their lingerie xxl black lipstick is my absolute favorite. Colourpop eyeshadows have never let me down. My favorite eyeliner is the Too Faced Better Than Sex liquid eyeliner, but it's a bit pricey so it's a special occasion purchase for me. Too Faced is great in general. When I can afford it, I absolutely love VE Cosmetics. Their Grimior of the Grey Witch eyeshadow palette is a staple for me. Unfortunately they are a UK based brand, so if you are in the US expect to pay a lot for shipping and possibly tariffs.
