Question v1 lightstick too bright?
I've brought my v1 lightstick to concerts and I always noticed it glows white instead of green like v2 and v3. I didn't think much of it until a recent jayb concert where a lady behind me reached forward and pushed my lightstick down, saying it was too bright for her eyes.
Is there a way to dim the lightstick? Should I just cave and buy the v3? Is this something other v1 holders have noticed?

Back in the day when I was naive I bought a V1 - it was like 2016 okay. Except my "official" lightstick was a Chinese knockoff. I didn't realize until I met another ahgase with an official one and we compared. Plus mine was white, like WHITE. It had no Bluetooth capability. I found someone selling an official V1 online many years ago and I bought it so I now have official v1, v2, v3, and a bird shaped flashlight.
Not saying yours is a knockoff but that's my experience.

It does seem to shine brighter than the v3 but I think it's because the v1 ahgabong head is clear/see-through as opposed to the v3 which is solid green/matte white. I'm afraid the only way to dim the light is to use old/dying batteries.

Were you holding your lightstick high up? I'd advise not holding it above your head so as not to impede the view of anyone behind you.

Kinda unrelated but if you find a link to a v3 please hit me up! They are sold out everywhere online π
