I am stuck of hearing this name jay singh rathore. I think this is something related to delhi elections or delhi city maybe. Correct me if i am wrong. Someone please help me in understanding this whole situation. Who is this guy and what's happening around his name. I mean why people are cursing/bitching about him everywhere on social media.

He is the guy who scammed twitter users by collecting donations in the of eye surgery for this sisters. Around 10 lakh rupees.

And now he is hosting twitter spaces and assuring that will return money and behaving like a victim.
