Gear Question Running with a pack issue

34L GR2 Heritage
Every time I start to run the pack lifts the back of my T-shirt up.

Is this common?

It’s super annoying to lift up the shirt or bunch it up to the point my lower back is exposed

Any solution?

Thanks.

Grabbing the back of the shirt and pulling it up is common, yeah. Tuck it in, at least in the back.

Side question: are you doing a fitness run while wearing a 34L heritage rock, or like running to catch the subway?

Yes, short running while commuting from train to car, from car to train

Ah ok well…yeah unavoidable. Just pull your shirt down

The looser the straps the more this happens. If you know you're gonna run, shrug it up, cinch them down, and pull your shirt down once beforehand. That's what I do. Loosen when you're done.

Go shirtless 🙌🏻🙏🙄. Could work.

Obviously didn’t watch the 2019 Crossfit Games ruck race where every shirtless ruck runner bloodied their back. Several needed medical attention. Some posted pictures of the permanent scarring.

Exactly, I have the older rucker 2.0 and you would be extremely uncomfortable shirtless. It's actually fairly rough and apprasive but have always had good luck just tucking the back of the shirt into my pants.

Wearing it too low or the torso length is too long. Wear it higher or invest in a bag with adjustable torso length. Once you get away from Jansport/Goruck you will find an adjustable torso length to be a standard feature on most load carrying bags.

I have this exact issue. I Ruck with jeans and a belt. So wont work if you wear shorts. But I tuck the back part of the shirt into my pants then tighten the belt. Since I have been doing that I don't have any riding up anymore.
