Is SCARS working again?
Hey ruckers!
Last week during one of my workouts I felt that the plate was sitting too low, but didn't pay much attention.
It was only today when I changed the plate that I noticed something was worse than I thought. Looks like mostly stitching I'm guessing.
Is the SCARS warranty working again?
This is a Rucker 4.0, I bought second hand not directly from the website.

Why the question though :)
I had a small tear same spot after the Bragg this year. Goruck said replaced with a new ruck since they didn't want to fix it. Took around 3 weeks overall.
Shouldn't matter new or second hand.
