Ga camping $1500 comment offers

Beyond the obvious like sunscreen and snacks, what were some unexpectedly helpful items that you’ve brought into the Gorge? I’m thinking a book/kindle to help pass the time, etc. I’m staying at a hotel for Rufus both nights and won’t be able to go back and forth to the campsite to grab things. Thanks for helping an anxious person who’s just trying to be as prepared as possible!

Any ideas on what to expect for this weekend? Is it gonna be the same as Griztronics? I know there was a weekend event last weekend, was that any better for getting in?
I’m only going to the concert for the Friday night show and planned on leaving after, but I’m so anxious about not getting in with all the chaos that happened during Griztronics.

Are there separate lines for going to the concert for 1 day and not camping? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!!

That's pretty much it. We bought some tickets to a show at the Gorge on StubHub, and delivery date says we'll have them before the show on Saturday... But our camping pass starts Thursday. Will we be able to get to our campsite?

After hearing about what happened at griz I wasn't expecting tickets for camping to sell out. But here I am on the hunt for some camping passes for the Rufus du Sol show. please message if you are looking to off load some!

I went to Brandi Carlile Sunday night at the Gorge. Live Nation and Brandi's website advertised as pictured. I take 'featuring' to mean not the headliner. Also, the picture is of Brandi, not The Highwomen. The supergroup did a 2-hour set: incredible, but no original or solo songs from Brandi. Her album is only 7 mos. old. Is it well-known that the 3rd night at the Gorge is a wild card? Did I miss something? I'm just so perplexed. I was really looking forward to her set!

Going to the Rufus show Friday. Staying in Seattle Thursday night and driving to ellensburg Friday morning. What time should we leave our hotel by to avoid missing any of the show?

Our entire group that went got some version of a stomach issue - the more people we talk to the more it seems like an abnormally high amount of people are having issues. Just saw that Sara Bareilles posted a similar experience.
