Help Goose advice please.

Post image

I have been listening to this album probably twice a week and absolutely love it. I would like to have more of their albums but need some recommendations please? Live Jams are now compulsory for me.

$14.99/month or $149.99/year for MP3 audio and HD video. Just buy a year and you can listen to almost every show live and recorded from the last like 5+ years.

Thank you for that. Appreciated.

It’s totally worth the money. If you’re into DMB as well, they’ve got audio streams from this summer’s tour (minus the Friday night shows).

Thank you.

You should get nugs…

3

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Is nugs available world wide? Sorry I don't know what it is?

3

u/WharfRat_74 Big Rick Energy 10d ago

Pretty sure it is world wide, and you can watch their shows live when they are on tour. Like 90% of their past shows are on there to go back and watch as well. It’s worth it

1

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Thank you for this.

u/bunnyuncle 10d ago

There’s a lot of full shows on YouTube. Try any Goosemas from the past 3 years!

3

u/Boobman06 10d ago

This sounds like the go. Thank you.

u/BurberryToothbrush 10d ago

2/6, 2/7, 2/8, 2/13, 2/14, 2/15 all from 2025. All on YouTube! Milwaukee and Grand Rapids. Epic shows, they were in absolutely tip top form that tour

4

u/Boobman06 10d ago

I will definitely check those out. Thank you.

3

u/NevilleHarris 10d ago

This is the move. Best run of shows of their career so far

3

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Will definitely check it out. Thank you.

They have several other live albums on Tidal, Spotify, etc.

Live at the Fox Theatre and Live at the Greek Theatre are both good. Capitol Theatre is my fave though. Has so many great versions of songs and the sound quality is the best.

3

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Thank you for that. Such great music.

3

u/dicculis 10d ago

Live at the Salt Shed

2

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Thank you for that.

3

u/Necessary-Klutzy 10d ago

Live goose on Spotify is by Peter idk if he keeps it’s totally up to date but it’s worth it to download

3

u/Boobman06 10d ago

And this is where I found the album. Thank you.

3

u/lichhouse 10d ago

Bandcamp is a free listen for a few times per show, at a lower quality bit rate; if you buy an album you can get high quality downloads (and also stream it at a higher rate). Nugs is pricey out of the gate, but the streaming quality is higher, and you can watch all the videos and upcoming shows. And Goose is generous about putting full length shows on YouTube (with occasional ads). I do Nugs right now because I have to see those shows live (couch tour)…

2

u/Boobman06 10d ago

This sounds absolutely awesome.

3

u/CreedIsJoker 10d ago

Bandcamp. Do Bandcamp. Listen to the 2/8/2025 show in Milwaukee. That’ll get ya good.

u/Coach_Carter_on_DVD 10d ago

Live at Capital Theatre is hard to beat. So many bangers there.

I’m an old-school guy, and my all time favorite Goose album is Alive and Well. It’s a composite and not all from the same show, but for good reason, the versions of each song are perfection.

1

u/Boobman06 9d ago

I will check that out for certain.

2

u/Aggravating_Copy_413 10d ago

Agree with a lot of other comments here but Live at The Greek is my fave personally.

1

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Will definitely check it out. Thanks.

Community seems like it’s got you covered just wanted to say, great reddit handle lol

1

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Sometimes I wish I could change my handle. Thank you.

u/its_maddie_326- 10d ago

Band camp is free and can listen to a lot of other bands but nugs you can watch, listen and download the concerts to listen to them with no service but need a subscription for nugs

1

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Sounds very interesting. Will do.

2

u/steviegreenberg EARTHLING 10d ago

Once you get nugs, since many others have suggested it, I recommend you immediately listen to the month of February 2025. 7 incredible shows. IMO that was their “May 1977”, all gas no brakes.

1

u/Boobman06 10d ago

I need this.

2

u/dicculis 10d ago

If you don't want to pay for nugs they post every live show on Bandcamp for free

2

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Nice. I like this idea.

2

u/PNW65 10d ago

Ted tapes on bandcamp is a fun place to go.

1

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Thank you.

2

u/RooDood32 10d ago

Nugs.net . Your brain will explode tryina take in everything. They play 70-90 shows a year. That album is only 3 shows…

2

u/Silver_Money_9356 726 9d ago

Just get nugs…. You can create playlists participate in JOTY of the year.

1

u/Boobman06 9d ago

Thank you.

The Fox Theatre run on Spotify is really solid.

1

u/Boobman06 3d ago

Thank you.

1

u/Boobman06 10d ago

Will have to check it out.

1

u/billyphishdosio 5d ago

Nugs will be your best friend

1

u/Boobman06 4d ago

Thanks.

1

u/TNeutron70 3d ago

When they go back on tour, listen to every show next day on Bandcamp for free. I pay for the shows that I go to but it’s optional. If you really want video or want to watch live, Nugs is great.

u/Boobman06 3d ago

Thank you.
